Southampton FC:s U23-lag, även känt som Southampton B, är ett professionellt fotbollslag som spelar i Premier League 2, den högsta nivån för reservlag i England. Laget består av spelare som är 23 år eller yngre, och fungerar som en bro mellan ungdomslagen och Southamptons förstalag.

Southampton U23 har vunnit Premier League 2 två gånger, 2016/17 och 2018/19. Laget har också nått finalen i EFL Trophy vid två tillfällen, 2016/17 och 2019/20.

Några anmärkningsvärda spelare som har kommit igenom Southamptons ungdomssystem och spelat för U23-laget inkluderar Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain och Luke Shaw.

Southamptons U23-lag tränas av Dave Horseman, som har varit i klubben sedan 2016. Laget spelar sina hemmamatcher på Staplewood Campus, klubbens träningsanläggning.
